Each apartment has the following furniture:

- Note: 2 bedroom units have a pantry

- Bed
- Extra-long twin bed for studio apartments (Requires special extra-long twin sheets. Regular twin sheets will be too short)
- Double bed in large studio, one bedroom and 2 bedroom units.
- 4 drawer chest of drawers
- Student desk with chair
- Night stand and lamp
Notes: You may move the furniture inside the room, but you must return to original placement when you are move-out or you will be charged a $50 fee.You may bring in your own furniture. However, Tulane University furniture may not be removed from the room or the building.
