I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to remove all of my personal belongings and trash prior to checking out. My room must be left clean and in good condition to avoid any additional charges being assessed to my student account. I understand that I must personally return my key in this envelope to the Housing and Residence Life Office immediately after checking out of my room. I understand that my room/suite/apartment will be inspected and assessed for damages by Housing staff without my presence. By submitting the express check-out envelope, I agree to these terms.
