Phelps Hall was named for Esmond Phelps, President of the Board of Administrators in 1926.
Phelps Hall is located on Bruff Quad and is comprised of four-room suites with a shared bathroom. Most suites have eight-bed spaces and the hall is coed by suite. All rooms are double occupancy with large picture windows. Exterior corridors wrap around the building on all sides and promote resident interaction. Phelps is home primarily to second-year and transfer students. The Paterson desk is open 24/7 to assist Phelps residents with key/access issues, security concerns, or additional questions.
