Lounges, Study Rooms, Seminar Rooms & Conference Rooms
Members of the residence hall community
and the greater Tulane community are welcome to reserve a variety
of space within each hall community. In using the space in these
residence halls, you must follow these guidelines:
Immediately return the room key to the appropriate desk after your event is over.
Please reconfigure the tables in one large table arrangement when you are finished using the room OR relocate lounge furniture to the correct location. Please consult the staff for details regarding specific arrangements.
No furniture should leave the room at any time.
If you need to extend the time of your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you may do so only if the room is not reserved by another person(s).
If you choose
to eat or drink in the room, please clean up all food remains
and discard all trash/remains outside of the conference room.
Any remaining items or resulting cleaning fees are subject to
being placed on the reserving student's account.
Ask your members
or conference attendees to refrain from writing on or abusing
the furniture.
Please pick up all trash from the room before you leave.
Turn off the
lights after use and lock
the door when you are leaving (if applicable).
