Moving In: Papillon Apartments

Assignment Information
Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis and housing is not guaranteed. Prospective residents on the waiting list will be contacted via email or US Mail regarding your apartment assignments. Once a prospective resident has been offered an apartment, they will have 48 hours in order to accept the confirmed assignment.

Signing of Contract/Lease/Forms
Each prospective resident is required to schedule an appointment with the Building Manager to sign their lease and other forms pertinent to the building and its amenities. Residents have 48 hours to complete and return the signed documents to the Management Office.

Scheduling Move-In
Once all required document are signed, the Management staff will schedule a move-in day and time with the resident. On move in day, a staff member will greet the resident at the back garage gate to allow the resident to move personal items into the building. Residents are responsible for arranging electricity, telephone, internet, and cable services.
