All maintenance concerns need to be reported to the Papillon Office as soon as possible. Whether the problem is a malfunctioning light fixture or a broking sink pipe, please contact the Papillon Office or the Courtesy Desk as soon as possible.

Non-Emergency – Examples: minor leak in the sink, air conditioning or heating concern. Stop by the Papillon Management Office or call (504)561-8000

Emergency – Examples: broken pipe, flood, refrigerator is not working, toilet overflowing or any condition which could lead to injury or loss of property. Stop by the Papillon Management Office (504) 561-8000 or Courtesy Desk (504) 522-4326.
