As soon as you are
certain that you will be leaving Tulane, please complete a Cancellation
Form which can be found on the Forms
& Contracts page. In addition, be sure to notify your
academic advisor, college, and other service departments including,
but not limited to Meal Plans, Card Services, Financial Aid, and
Accounts Receivable. If you will be taking a temporary leave of
absence and plan to return to campus housing, you should also
complete a Leave of Absence Form by downloading it from the Forms
& Contracts page.
Please submit your completed
forms to the Department of Housing and Residence Life in Irby
Hall. You must also check out of your residence hall room. Please
coordinate your checkout with your Resident Advisor or a member
of your hall's RA Staff to avoid improper checkout charges.
Deadlines: If you are leaving at the end of the fall semester, all forms
must be submitted by November 1 to avoid penalties.
If you are leaving mid-semester, please submit your forms as soon
as possible after making the decision to leave.

Please complete a Cancellation Form
by downloading it from the Forms
& Contracts page. This type of cancellation should be
received according to the Assignments Calendar of Cancellation
Deadlines. This information is found on our website under the
Reapplication section for Current Students.
