Named for board member William Mayer and his
wife Katherine, both long time supporters of the University, the
248-person building features suite-style living with either two
singles or two doubles sharing a bathroom. Some rooms have transom
windows, while others have semi-shared balconies. Each room has
custom, movable, hardwood furniture; cable TV; and internet access.
Mayer is designed to promote community building around the many
social lounges, kitchens, and study lounges throughout the hall.
In addition, Mayer has two upstairs patios, two sundecks on the
top floor, and is attached to Le Gourmet.
