You can view your room assignment and roommates through HousingWeb, only AFTER receiving notification that your assignment is available for review (i.e. first-year students receive notification simultaneously, new transfer receive notification at a later date).
In order to do this, you must have your RMS ID# and RMS Password or PIN#. This information has been sent to all First Year students with complete housing applications.
If you have not received your RMS ID# and RMS PIN#, please e-mail housing@tulane.edu and include your full name, date of birth, and an request to review your housing status.
TECHNICAL NOTES: In addition to the technical information contained in the above PDF, HousingWeb may not be accessed through FireFox or Apple operating systems Safari or other Apple browsers. You must use Internet Explore and meet the requirements set forth in the above PDF guide.

In addition to the abpve instructions, please note the following:
- If no roommate is listed, you may still receive one!
- "Term" refers to the fall, spring or summer academic term (i.e. Spring 2009 term was "091", Summer 2008 was "092" and Fall 2008 is "093" - starting over with Spring 2010).
- MOVE IN / MOVE OUT DATES are for BILLING purposes only to ensure accurate billing for both semesters. Please refer to the Housing Calendar online here
