As a new first-year or transfer student, you will be able to check in to your room on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. Report to the lobby of the residence hall to which you were assigned to pick up your keys and your Room Condition Report.
When you arrive in your room, make sure you review the Room Condition Report (RCR) and make any additions or corrections to the comments on the form. This form is used to assess any damages that occurred to your room while you were an occupant. You have 48 hours to submit this form to your RA. If we do not have an RCR on file for you when you move out, you will be held responsible for all damages found in the room or apartment, pre-existing or otherwise.
