Housing assignments are made based on the information you provide on your application, as well as the availability of housing. We do our best to accommodate your building requests, but we cannot guarantee a particular building due to space considerations. Incoming first-year and transfer students are guaranteed housing for the 2007-08 academic year. For incoming first-year students, please visit the first-year student application page for more information. We mail assignments information to incoming first-year and transfer students in late July, usually during the third or fourth week of the month. The assignments information will include your access information for our online housing information system. Through this system, incoming students will access their room assignments and roommate information, and select their meal plans. Additionally, this system will be used by students to identify their emergency contact information.
Please note that while housing is guaranteed for incoming first-year and transfer students, returning upperclass students are housed through a priority-driven, lottery-based process and therefore are not guaranteed housing.
