Papillon
Apartments - Lower Garden District
Graduate students and their family members are able to apply for apartment
living at the Papillon apartments in the Lower Garden District. Tulane
acquired this property in fall 2005 as we closed our Rosen House community
uptown. The Papillon is currently operated by Tulane University’s Department
of Housing and Residence Life and HRI properties, Inc.

Deming Pavilion - Downtown Campus
Housing for graduate students is also available downtown at Deming Pavilion. Deming Pavilion is not operated by the Department of Housing and Residence Life on the uptown campus.
