The Facilities Maintenance Division performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance of all academic buildings and residence halls. Facilities Management works with Housing and Residence Life to meet the needs of the students living in the residence halls.

UNICCO cleans the residence hall common areas, hallways and common area restrooms daily. Please report any issue via ServiceWave online at http://servicewave.tulane.edu or contact the Housing Facilities Office at (504) 865-5860. 2 and 4-person suite-style restrooms and apartment restrooms are maintained by the individual residents of the respective room or apartment.

UNICCO Service Company the custodial services contractor for Housing & Residence Life and Tulane University as a whole. UNICCO has employees in each building to provide services.
